OVERVIEW:
• Our client is currently looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor, Legal Executive or Paralegal to join its busy team.
• You will manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters including purchase, sale, conditional contracts, options, landlord and tenant, investment portfolios, development and property financing.
• You will be expected to provide an important contribution supporting the on-going growth and development of the department's activities and contributing to the growth of client work and fee income.
• The role will see the successful Commercial Property Solicitor offering their expertise to a varied list of clients ensuring a high level of service is provided.
• You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with the desire to constantly aim to deliver work of the highest quality.
• The appointed Commercial Property Solicitor will be an open and engaging communicator who can work well in a team as well as independently
