DISPUTE RESOLUTION SOLICITOR:
Dispute Resolution Solicitor, 3+ years PQE, Manchester, Opportunity to handle Environmental, Health and Safety regulatory issues within a leading National Law Firm Joining this expanding team, you will focus on matters relating to Environment and Health & Safety law. Your work will involve investigations, prosecutions, advisory work and corporate support. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years’ PQE within commercial dispute resolution, ideally with some regulatory and criminal litigation experience. An interest and some exposure to environmental and Health and Safety law would be a distinct advantage. You will be confident communicator and negotiator, with a commercial approach to your work and the ability to work effectively within a team.
