JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor
LOCATION: Cheshire
PQE: 2-3 years’ +
SALARY: Up to c£40,000 (£DOE)

THE ROLE:
This reputable law firm are looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with upwards of 2-3 years’ PQE. Your caseload will be varied and will see you advising clients on a wide range of Commercial Property matters, with a particular focus on landlord and tenant. You will be joining a busy property team who are experienced in advising across the full remit of Commercial Property law.

THE CANDIDATE:
Our client is keen to hear from Solicitors who have experience in handling a varied caseload of Commercial Property matters. You will be a team player with a genuine ‘can do’ attitude and a proven track record of taking initiative in your previous roles. You should possess excellent client care skills and the ability to communicate well with colleagues and clients alike.
