JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancing Locum
PQE REQUIRED: 3 +
LOCATION: Bristol
HOURLY RATE: £35 - £40.00 (£DOE)

THE ROLE:
Are you an experienced Property Locum with the capability to provide locum support on a range of residential property and shared ownership matters whilst the firm recruit permanently? The role commences on the 01st of July and it is expected to last around 3-months. The requirement is for someone to be capable and confident in working alone and able to hit the ground running picking up an existing caseload. The successful candidate will be advising on a complete range of shared ownership & residential transactions.

THE CANDIDATE:
Ideally you will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in undertaking a varied caseload of both residential and shared ownership property transactions. You must be available to commit to full time and work in office, the ideal candidate will be energetic, tenacious, possess excellent communication skills and someone who takes a methodical approach to planning and organisation.
