COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR:
This leading team is actively looking to expand their successful and ambitious commercial property team and looking for a junior lawyer to help manage the increasing workload and maintain client service. They are looking for a lawyer with a strong technical background who is confident working on complex commercial property matters and able to provide high levels of client service. You will handle a variety of commercial real estate work including (but not limited to) landlord and tenant work, high value and complex property development, sales and purchases of owner occupied and investment property, and secured lending. The team’s clients consist of local but also national clients. They mainly help corporates, owner managed/family businesses, entrepreneurs and SMEs employees in a range of sectors including education and healthcare in Hertfordshire and London. Your role will involve dealing with the full range of commercial real estate matters on behalf of a range of clients. The firm has an established and loyal client base and will provide you with a variety of work. The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will have up to two years’ PQE and be able to demonstrate a solid foundation of experience in commercial property law. An appetite for business development would be welcomed. You will have a can-do, motivated and positive attitude along with excellent written and oral communication skills.
