COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR:
This is an exciting opportunity to join an established firm in the heart of London. With a history in commercial and private client law spanning two centuries, the Partners have perfected the art of getting to know and looking after their clients. Today the firm is a multidisciplinary commercial legal practice, providing high-end legal services to household names, international businesses and individuals in the UK and around the world. The core teams are small but specialised, enabling the firm to provide every client, no matter what size, with the personal expertise the firm is known for. Currently they work with clients in banking and finance, property development, hospitality, professional services, secured lending and private estates, to name but a few. Your role will involve dealing with the full range of commercial real estate matters on behalf of a range of clients. The firm has an established and loyal client base and will provide you with a variety of work. The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will have 0-3 years’ PQE and be able to demonstrate a solid foundation of experience in commercial property law. An appetite for business development would be welcomed.
