JOB TITLE:                  Experienced Family Lawyer
PQE REQUIRED:          minimum 12 months’ case handling experience required
LOCATION:                  North Yorkshire
HOURLY RATE:            up to c£45,000 DOE   
 
THE ROLE:
This successful Family Department have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive looking to establish their career. The appointed Family Lawyer will be working on their own caseload of privately funded work to include, but not limited to, divorce, financial arrangements and child arrangements. This role offers secretarial support as part of this supportive and dynamic team.
 
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are sought from Qualified Solicitors or Legal Executives who have at least 12 months’ prior experience of handling their own caseload of matters. Family Lawyer’s hoping to be considered for this role must be IT literate and be confident in their ability to work under minimal supervision and be up to date in case processes and procedures.
