JOB TITLE:                  Residential Conveyancer
PQE REQUIRED:          minimum 12 months’ case handling experience required
LOCATION:                  North Yorkshire
HOURLY RATE:            up to c£40,000 DOE   
 
THE ROLE:
This firm’s well respected property team are experiencing a period of growth and are therefore seeking the addition of an experienced Residential Conveyancer. The successful candidate will be responsible for their own broad caseload of residential property matters including (but not limited to) freehold, leasehold, unregistered and shared ownership.
 
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers who have a minimum of 12 months’ experience running their own caseload of conveyancing matters. Candidates hoping to be considered for this role must have confidence to use the various portals for the electronic submissions of searches, registrations SDLT and mortgage administration. The appointed Residential Conveyancer must be confident in their ability to hit the ground running and work under minimal supervision.
