JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancing Locum
PQE: 3+
LOCATION: Norfolk
HOURLY RATE: £35 - £40 (£DOE)

THE ROLE:
This role would suit a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with upwards of 3 years' experience in dealing with a full range of residential conveyancing matters. The appointed Residential Conveyancer will be able to handle their own caseload of matters to include, sales, re-mortgages, freehold and lease hold work and new plot purchases. You will be providing an excellent and responsive service to clients in all aspects of residential conveyancing. The successful candidate will have a self-starting approach to tasks and projects, with the ability to work on your own initiative. A keen eye for detail and the ability to work under minimal supervision is essential. This role will require the successful candidate to attend the client’s office in Norfolk.
