JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Locum
PQE REQUIRED: 3 years+
LOCATION: North London / Hybrid Working
SALARY: £40.00 - £45.00 per hour

OVERVIEW:
An exciting new hybrid opportunity has become available for a qualified Solicitor to provide ongoing support for around 3-months to cover a period of permanent recruitment, you will be available to commence the role on the 27th of June working 3 days per week in office and the other 2 remotely. This role would suit a Commercial Property Solicitor able to handle a varied caseload with minimal supervision. A typical day will see you advising clients on a range of matters to include the sale and purchase of commercial property, landlord and tenant transactions, pension scheme transactions, land registry applications, section 25 notices and acting on behalf of management companies. You will liaise closely with the team, providing an excellent and responsive service to clients in all areas of commercial property.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE. You will have the ability to manage an existing caseload, work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. You should possess excellent client care skills and the ability to communicate well with colleagues and clients alike. The appointed Commercial Property Locum will have experience of working in a busy environment and be able to contribute from day one.
