JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancing Locum
LOCATION: East Sussex
PQE: 8+
HOURLY RATE: £35 - £40

THE ROLE:
An exciting new opportunity has become available for a qualified Solicitor, Legal executive or a Licensed Conveyancer with upwards of 8 years’ experience in Residential Conveyancing. The appointed Residential Conveyancer will be able to come in and hit the ground running with their own caseload of matters to include, sales, re-mortgages, freehold and lease hold work, and new plot purchases. You will be providing an excellent and responsive service to clients in all aspects of residential conveyancing. This role will require the successful candidate to work from the client’s office in East Sussex.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from Residential Conveyancers who will have a self-starting approach to tasks and projects, with the ability to work on your own initiative. You must have a keen eye for detail and be able to work under minimal supervision, good organisational and communication skills are essential to be successful in this role.
