HOURLY RATE: £40 - £45.00 (£DOE)

THE ROLE:
A highly reputable Property team in Kent is in need of an experienced Property Locum to assist them during a period of permanent recruitment. The appointed Locum Property Solicitor will be able to hit the ground running and pick up on an existing caseload of matters at various stages of completion. You will be providing an excellent and responsive service to clients in all aspects of Residential and Commercial Property. To be considered for the position you must be available to commence a new role immediately, be available to work in the office and be available for around circa 3-months.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from experienced Property Solicitors who will have a self-starting approach to tasks and projects, with the ability to work on your own initiative. The appointed Locum Solicitor must be confident in their ability to work under minimal supervision, good organisational and communication skills are essential to be successful in this role.
