THE ROLE:
An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a talented and passionate Solicitor or Barrister to join this thriving practice in the heart of London. You will be working on behalf clients in employment, civil litigation, and in professional discipline matters, offering straight forward advice and thorough representation. The appointed Solicitor will be working directly with partners who are regarded as experts in their field, you will be handling your own caseload of matters with client contact from day one, providing representation in court, tribunals and disciplinary hearings. This role offers a genuinely outstanding opportunity for a junior lawyer seeking a long-term commitment from a firm, where career development, mentoring and coaching are high on the agenda.

This firm operates a hybrid working policy, giving employees the flexibility to spend some time working from home each week if they wish, but ensuring the collaborative working atmosphere of the office is maintained.

THE CANDIDATE:
You will be a qualified Solicitor or Barrister, possessing in the region of 2-3 years PQE and will be confident in handling your own litigation caseload. Your experience will include handling a range of civil litigation and employment matters, and you will be dedicated to maintaining an exceptional level of client care. Additional experience within professional discipline cases would also helpful but is not essential. This role is well suited to a confident individual with the desire to progress within the firm and a genuine willingness to learn. You will enjoy working as part of a motivated team and will continue to build the firm’s brand in the legal market.
