PROPERTY LITIGATION SOLICITOR:
The Group has an established reputation and broad experience, providing a first class service to our clients who include real estate investment companies, institutions, developers and retailers as well as not-for-profit bodies and HNW individuals and families. The ideal solicitor will be able to demonstrate experience of a wide range of property litigation work. Experience of a mixture of commercial and residential property litigation is highly desirable. Some examples of the work you will be required to carry includes, commercial lease renewal proceedings acting for both landlords and tenants – contested and uncontested, service charge disputes (residential and commercial), forfeiture claims, arrears recovery and lease enforcement, disrepair claims, squatter/trespass claims, and related injunctions, PRS/BTR management including possession claims. Educated to degree level and preferably with a 2:1 or above, between 3 - 5 years PQE with a strong pedigree as a specialist Property Litigation Solicitor. You are highly motivated and professional, quick thinking and a fast learner. Have broad experience in property litigation work (commercial/ residential/mixed-use), experience of having a caseload of your own. Demonstrate commercial awareness, technically excellent and have keen attention to detail.
