JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor
LOCATION: West Yorkshire
PQE: 3+
SALARY: up to c£48,000 (£DOE)

THE ROLE:
This reputable law firm are looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with upwards of 3 years’ PQE. Your caseload will be varied and will see you advising clients on a wide range of Commercial Property matters to include, commercial sales and purchases including portfolios, small business acquisitions and disposals and landlord and tenant work acting for both landlords and tenants. You will be joining a busy property team who are experienced in advising across the full remit of Commercial Property law.

THE CANDIDATE:
Our client is keen to hear from Solicitors who have experience in handling a varied caseload of Commercial Property matters. You will be a team player with a genuine ‘can do’ attitude and a proven track record of taking initiative in your previous roles. You should possess excellent client care skills and the ability to communicate well with colleagues and clients alike.
