JOB TITLE: Residential & Commercial Property Solicitor
PQE: 3+ years
LOCATION: Dorset
HOURLY RATE: £35 - £40 (£DOE)

THE ROLE:
An exciting new opportunity has become available for a qualified Solicitor with upwards of 3 years’ PQE dealing with a wide range of both Residential and Commercial Property matters. The appointed locum Solicitor will be able to hit the ground running and pick up on an existing caseload of matters at various stages of completion. You will be providing an excellent and responsive service to clients in all aspects of Residential and Commercial Conveyancing. Secretarial support will be provided. This role is office based and the successful Locum will work from their Dorset office.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from experienced Property Solicitors who will have a self-starting approach to tasks and projects, with the ability to work on your own initiative. The appointed Locum Solicitor must be confident in their ability to work under minimal supervision, good organisational and communication skills are essential to be successful in this role.
