JOB TITLE: Residential Property Assistant
LOCATION: Surrey
SALARY: £18,000 - £25,000

THE ROLE:
You will be an experienced Residential Property Assistant with 12 months previous experience within a Conveyancing role, looking to further your career in this area of law. The successful candidate will have previous experience working within a busy environment and will be able to deal with large volumes of work on a daily basis. You will be responsible for assisting the team and other departments where required, in this role as a Residential Property Assistant, your key duties will include:

• General administrative and organisational assistance
• Assisting clients, Solicitors and other departments with their queries
• Receive and check mortgage offers, liaise with clients and Lenders on enquiries
• Carrying out searches, standard checks and requests on behalf of fee earners
• Preparing documentation and organising payments
• Maintaining and updating records accurately on the case management system

Applications are welcomed from candidates that will have gained previous experience within a similar environment, previous experience within a conveyancing role is desired. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills as this will be key when liaising with clients, you must have a keen eye for detail and be able to work under minimal supervision.
