SCOPE OF THE ROLE: This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced Solicitor to take control of their career, in a role with truly unlimited earning potential and an excellent work life balance. As a Intellectual Property consultant you will have the choice of which cases you handle, the hours you work and the cases you take on. I am keen to speak with Intellectual Property Lawyers with upwards of 10 years' PQE, who are looking to move away from the traditional Private Practice or In-House models, towards a more flexible and innovative one. This opportunity is offered on fee-sharing basis, allowing you to benefit directly from the work you do. In addition to the generous package available you will be covered by the firm's insurance, as well as receiving full secretarial support and being able to use their offices as and when desired.

THE CANDIDATE:
You will be a skilled and organised Solicitor with a minimum of 10 years’ experience within Intellectual Property established within an In House or Private Practice environment. This market leading, reputable and forward-thinking firm are particularly keen to hear from solicitors with an existing following.
