JOB TITLE: Agricultural Senior Associate / Partner
PQE REQUIRED: 10 years+ PQE
LOCATION: Cheshire
SALARY: Up to c£80,000 (£DOE)

THE ROLE:
This highly regarded law firm are seeking an additional Agricultural Property Senior Associate / Partner who has the desire and confidence to develop their own sector, generating personal connections internally and externally. A typical day will see the appointed candidate providing advice on wider projects and schemes including working with the firms’ departments on issues such as, inheritance and succession planning, land diversification, renewable energy schemes, partnership and incorporation issues and on landed estate/high net worth family matters. You will undertake your own caseload and must be committed to work within the rural economy but also want to operate within a strong commercial environment. The role will also see you developing up and coming trainees and paralegals to strengthen the agricultural sector at the firm.

THE CANDIDATE:
The Agricultural Senior Associate / Partner will have excellent academics and possess a strong reputation within this area of law. You will have at least 10 years of experience and will have an excellent technical ability covering the broad spectrum of agricultural law. Ideally you will be an active member of the Agricultural Law Association and CLA, you will be able to demonstrate excellent business acumen as well as being able to think in a strategic and operational way. The ideal candidate for this role will be partner level and posses their own client following; however, this is not essential and candidates at senior associate level are still encouraged to apply.
