JOB TITLE: Residential Property Paralegal
PQE REQUIRED: 1+ years
LOCATION: Norfolk
SALARY: £Dependent on experience

THE ROLE:
Based in Norfolk, this well-established practice is keen to hear from experienced Residential Property Paralegals who are looking for a new challenge. The property department is currently working to full capacity and they have identified a need for a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to handle a demanding caseload of files. With work constantly being referred, the increase of instructions has prompted the firm to recruit a residential property paralegal to undertake a full and varied caseload of residential property transactions.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from Residential Property Paralegals with a minimum of 12 months experience in handling residential property transactions. You must be used to working in an extremely busy environment and have a proven track record in handling your own caseload from initial instruction through to completion ideally.
