JOB TITLE: Corporate & Commercial Solicitor
PQE: 1 – 3 years
LOCATION: Cheshire
SALARY: up to c£45,000 DOE

THE ROLE:
An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate & Commercial Solicitor to join this reputable team. You will be handling a wide range of corporate & commercial transactions including corporate acquisitions, commercial contract negotiation, corporate restructuring/reorganisation, drafting and negotiating international or cross border commercial contracts, equity investments and banking transactions (acting for banks or borrowers). This is a great opportunity for the successful candidate to work on an interesting and rewarding mix of varied, high quality commercial work and corporate transactions. Both confident and professional, the Corporate & Commercial Solicitor joining this firm should be eager to progress their career within a busy and friendly environment.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors who have around 1-3 years PQE advising clients in all areas of corporate & commercial law. You will have exceptional communication and client handling skills, with the ability to deal with clients from a wide range of business sectors. You will be confident in handling a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions, with the ability to apply your existent skills and technical knowledge to this role.
