JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Locum
PQE REQUIRED: 3 years+
LOCATION: Hampshire / In office
SALARY: £35.00 - £40.00 per hour

OVERVIEW:
This role would suit a Commercial Property Solicitor able to handle a varied caseload with minimal supervision. You will liaise closely with the team, providing an excellent and responsive service to clients in all areas of commercial property. The appointed Commercial Property Locum will have experience of working in a busy environment and be able to contribute from day one. Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE. You will have the ability to manage an existing caseload, work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and be very self-motivated to ensure the best service is delivered to our client. Secretarial support will be provided. You should possess excellent client care skills and the ability to communicate well with colleagues and clients alike.
