This is a new and exciting opportunity for a 2 to 4 PQE Property Finance Associate/ Solicitor, to join this busy nationally recognised firm. The team are client-focussed from the outset, they provide a commercial edge to the full range of banking, real estate and project finance transactions that the firm handles, but with an emphasis on property based lending. The team works alongside the Commercial Real Estate, Corporate and Construction teams to ensure clients receive advice from subject experts across a range of lending transactions. This is a full time position attracting a salary of up to £75,000 (DOE) plus numerous benefits. PROPERTY FINANCE ASSOCIATE/SOLICITOR:
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a commercial real estate team or banking & finance team. Knowledge of a broad range of commercial property types and of properties within the private rented and development sectors would be an advantage. We are ideally looking for 2-4 years PQE. Experience in a corporate team during training will also be useful but Is not essential. You will have good client and team communication skills and a desire to play a key role in the future of the department. Above all, you will be able to deliver succinct, quality and tailored advice to key clients and drive multiple matters through to completion on short turnaround times. You will also be able to demonstrate the ability to work both autonomously and as a team player and will have high levels of motivation. Job responsibilities will include running own case files, client liaison, property due diligence and reporting on title, drafting and amending finance documents, dealing with post completion work, ensuring all new instructions are appropriately scoped and priced to achieve target gross margin and signed off by line manager, training and development for junior fee earners and business development.
