RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER:
Experience should include sales, purchases and re-mortgages of freehold and leasehold properties and help to buy. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and confident property lawyer with excellent client skills and an interest in developing the property department. You will be comfortable to demonstrate your business development expertise alongside excellent communication skills and a successful track record. Strong commercial acumen and commitment to deliver a first class service will be a given. You will be technologically savvy, organised and have a strong work ethic with a conscious effort to deliver to tight deadlines.
