JOB TITLE: Childcare Lawyers
PQE: NQ+

OVERVIEW:
• Supportive and growing practice is keen to expand their childcare department through the appointed of Childcare Lawyers.
• The firm are recognised for their exceptional approach to cases and acting for parents, children and guardians on both private and publicly funded matters.
• The team covers the broad remit of childcare law including providing advice on childcare arrangements, adoption, child abduction matters and emergency orders.
• Applications are sought from experienced Paralegals, Legal Executives and Solicitors who have proven technical expertise in dealing with both private and public law children matters
• Newly Qualified Solicitors will be considered and will have completed at least one seat within childcare / family law and be looking to build a career within this area of law.
• The firm are keen to hear from ambitious Lawyers who are keen to achieve their accreditations as they are happy to support this and are also interested in hearing from individuals who have obtained their Children Panel, Resolution or Family Law Panel Accreditations.
• Salary dependent on experience and benefits include: pension scheme, childcare vouchers, eye test vouchers, flexible working arrangements to be considered.
