OVERVIEW:
• This is a excellent new opportunity for a professional support lawyer to join a growing corporate team.
• Applications are sought from Corporate Solicitors with a minimum of 4 Years PQE gained with a reputable firm.
• This regarded corporate team have many collective years of experience advising media and technology companies on a broad range of corporate and corporate finance transactions.
• You will be responsible for a varied workload to include, buy side and sell side share purchase agreements, buy side and sell side asset/business purchase agreements, subscription and shareholders agreements and private company articles of association.
• Attention to detail, the ability to work autonomously and excellent organisational skills are a requirement for this role.
