COMMERCIAL LITIGATION SOLICITOR:
The newly appointed Commercial Litigation Solicitor will demonstrate excellent communication skills with flair to engage effectively with clients as well as build and maintain long lasting relationships. A confident Commercial Litigation Solicitor who can continuously seek and deliver a strong commercially driven approach, this is an exciting opportunity to progress to the next phase in their career. It is vital that the successful candidate can demonstrate, exceptional technical expertise across a range of matters, confidence managing a busy caseload of general commercial litigation and insolvency including general dispute resolution, property litigation, restructuring and general commercial litigation, enthusiasm to drive the team forward through supporting business development and marketing strategies.
