THE ROLE:
This dynamic and ambitious practice provide legal advice and solutions to an international client base. Able to boast top-flight lawyers this forward-thinking team deliver the seamless legal expertise and strategic alignment that clients need from their advisors to help further their business interests. The business are looking to hire lawyers on a fully remote basis based in London and able to offer a minimum of 2 years’ experience within financial services law. In particular the candidate will be able to demonstrate experience of the following Payment Services, Electronic Money, Consumer Credit and Regulated Investment Activity.

THE CANIDATE:
The ideal candidate for this role will be hardworking and outgoing. The firm like to promote a positive and open working environment, so the ideal Financial Services Solicitor should be confident working alone, as well as part of a small knit team. Communication is key to this role, and Solicitors should be passionate about business development and growing their client base. This is an opportunity for a 2-8 years PQE Associate to join this UK team working on a remote basis from London. This is a fee earning role and the individual will be expected to manage a mixed case load of financial services matters and to work collaboratively with others on larger cross-office projects. You will possess strong technical skills and excellent academic qualifications. In addition you will be able to demonstrate exceptional organisational skills as well as good attention to detail. You will provide a first rate client service both internally and externally. You should be a team player, client focused and a good communicator with a strong practical approach to your workload. A commitment of delivering quality service is essential, as is the ability to handle the demands of a heavy workload. You should also be able to demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit and ideally possess some knowledge (commensurate with your level of qualification) of the financial markets and how they work.
