JOB TITLE: Corporate Solicitor
PQE: 2+ years
LOCATION: London – with some homeworking
SALARY: Excellent + Benefits

THE ROLE:
This role will see you covering a broad range of corporate law; in particular mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, venture capital and private equity deals. The focus of the role will be handling a broad range of corporate matters. The firm encourages all of their lawyers to pursue their personal interests through their practice, develop management skills through supervising junior fee earners, contribute to business development and work cross-departmentally through their wide range of exceptionally strong sector groups.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are sought from Corporate Solicitors from with 2 + years’ PQE. The firm is looking for a highly motivated individual with a desire to progress whilst working within a collaborative environment. You will be enthusiastic, ambitious and committed to delivering exceptional services to clients.
