RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR:
This excellent Cheshire law firm advises clients across the county in all aspects of property, family and wills & probate matters. You will join a close-knit, busy team and take responsibility for a full caseload of residential property transactions, with paralegal support. Matters will vary from standard sales & purchases, through to new builds, shared ownerships and leasehold matters. You will be advising a wide range of clients, from “walk-ins” through to referrals from local businesses. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing and be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licenced Conveyancer. Any experience in commercial property transactions would be distinct advantage. A competitive salary and an opportunity of hybrid working is on offer.
