EMPLOYMENT SOLICITOR:
You will be responsible for predominantly divorce and related financial issues, along with some private children work, on behalf of a range of clients including some HNW individuals. The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive, with a proven track record in handling family law matters to a successful conclusion. You can expect secretarial support to be in place to enable you to provide a high quality, effective service to your clients. This position will suit individuals who, like the Partners, also value customer service highly. With a hands-on, flexible and can-do attitude, applicants should have solid prior experience, a proven track record and a team player mentality. The successful candidate should be able to cover a heavy case load of work to include, divorce, private children act applications, civil partnership, pre/post nuptial agreements, separation agreements, cohabitation agreements, domestic violence, TOLATA, financial proceedings. An experienced in court advocacy, with a panel membership (law society advanced panel) or working towards the same is advantageous and knowledge and experience in Legal Aid applications / processing. You will have strong time management and prioritization skills, a professional and confident manner, combined with a personable and approachable attitude and the ability to use your own initiative and undertake new tasks.
