COMMERCIAL LITIGATION SOLICITOR/PARTNER :
You will join a small team of litigators, taking on a varied caseload of commercial and civil disputes. The successful individual will have at least 8 years’ PQE in commercial and civil litigation. You will be able to demonstrate a proven track record in a wide range of disputes including contract and shareholder, property, finance, professional negligence, insolvency and contentious probate matters. Whilst a following is not essential, a local network of contacts and clients would be a distinct advantage. As a senior member of the team you will play a key role the ongoing success and growth of the team through business development and marketing initiatives. This position is ideal for an existing partner seeking a new challenge, or an ambitious, experienced litigation looking for an opportunity to progress into a partnership role.
