JOB TITLE: Corporate Solicitor
PQE: 2+ years
LOCATION: Newcastle Upon Tyne
SALARY: Up to c£45,000 (£DOE)

THE ROLE:
An additional Corporate Solicitor is required by this well-established North East firm. You will be handling a wide range of corporate transactions including Mergers and Acquisitions, Joint Ventures, MBOs and general corporate finance matters within a busy and entrepreneurial team environment.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Corporate Solicitor will have a minimum of 2 years PQE all aspects of corporate law, gained within another leading regional or national law firm. You will have exceptional communication and client handling skill, with the ability to deal with clients from a wide range of business sectors.
