THE ROLE:
An opportunity has arisen for a skilled and talented experienced Residential Property Lawyer to join this established practice and develop the residential property department. A reputable and thriving practice in Leicestershire is looking to recruit an experienced and ambitious Residential Property Solicitor / Legal Executive / Licensed Conveyancer to effectively run and develop the conveyancing team in Leicestershire. Keen to expand their residential property offerings, this firm have an opportunity for a driven Residential Conveyancer to deal with all types of residential property matters from initial instruction through to completion.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from Qualified Solicitors/Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancers who have at least 10+ years’ experience working within residential property law and managing their own caseload. Candidates who wish to be considered for this role should have the ability to provide a timely and efficient service to the firm’s clients and ensure excellent service standards whilst maintaining high client satisfaction. The appointed Residential Property Solicitor/ Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer will also be required to support / develop the department with business development therefore experience or an interest in this is essential. The firm are keen to hear from individuals who have managerial and supervisory skills along with the ability to support members of the team.

THE SALARY:
Salary dependent on experience plus benefits including pension, flexible working, training and career progression opportunities to name but a few.
