OVERVIEW:
• The highly rated corporate team of this leading law firm needs an additional Corporate Solicitor to deal with a varied caseload of corporate matters within the healthcare sector.
• Applications are sought from Corporate Solicitors with between 1-5 Years PQE.
• You will be responsible for a range of corporate transactional work, including mergers, acquisitions and sales – specifically within the healthcare sector.
• Ideal Corporate Solicitors will have a proactive and flexible approach to their work and be looking for a superb platform to really develop their expertise within corporate law.
