PQE REQUIRED: 3+ PQE
LOCATION: Gloucestershire or 100% REMOTE
HOURLY RATE: £30.00 - £40.00

THE ROLE:
This well-regarded firm has an exceptional opportunity available for a talented Locum Family Solicitor with upwards of 3 years’ experience managing their own caseload of purely private family matters under minimal supervision. You will be responsible for handling a broad caseload of Family matters and will provide helpful support and well-informed advice efficiently whilst being sympathetic and approachable. The appointed Family Solicitor will deal with a mix case load of matters to include children law, divorce, financial issues and cohabitation and prenuptial agreements. Secretarial support will be available. Commencing mid May, you will be able to commit to the whole 6 months assignment, the role can either be completed from the clients office in Gloucestershire or 100% remotely.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors who will have a self-starting approach to tasks and projects, with the ability to work on your own initiative. The ideal candidate must be resilient, hardworking, and passionate and will have gained at least 3 years’ + experience in this area of law. The successful Family Solicitor must be committed to understanding client’s requirements in order to provide accurate and effective advice.
