OVERVIEW:
• An exciting new opportunity for an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor to join a thriving team.
• The team deal with all types of property transactions, from small leases of office space to high value and complex multi-million pound property acquisitions or disposals.
• You will be responsible for a varied caseload to include, purchase and sale of commercial, industrial or investment property, leases of property for landlords or tenants, lease renewal, rent review arrangements and licensing, development and building agreements, funding and financial arrangements, town and country planning issues and property litigation and building disputes.
• You will have the skills to take on a high degree of responsibility and manage a challenging workload within a fast paced environment.
• You will have sound technical knowledge, with a pragmatic solutions-focussed approach to advice.
• It is essential that you have outstanding commercial awareness and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with 3+ years’ experience advising clients on transactional property matters and play a key role in building and maintaining client and referrer relationships, with an interest in business development.
