The Partners of this leading Legal 200 rated practice is looking to appoint a 3+ PQE Commercial Property Solicitor/Legal Executive with experience in handling a varied caseload of commercial property transactions. The role is full time and based in Norfolk. The successful Lawyer will have the opportunity to assist the team on a range of freehold and leasehold commercial property transactions including, disposals and acquisitions, landlord and tenant matters and a range of property finance matters. Those applying for this position should have excellent experience gained from a comparable property team, strong commercial awareness and a commitment to business development and client relationship management. The commercial property team is mutually supportive with highly experienced practitioners. This will present the right person with the opportunity to gain knowledge and experience, working for a diverse range of excellent clients as well as having the necessary support in a friendly environment. Clients include developers, investors, owner occupiers, public sector bodies and landed estates. This is a growing Top 100 Best Companies employer, with around 270 staff across 6 offices.
