JOB TITLE: Residential Property Fee Earner
PQE REQUIRED: 1+
LOCATION: Suffolk
SALARY: Up to circa £40,000 Dependant on experience

THE ROLE:
A highly regarded residential property team in Suffolk is keen to recruit an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer who can run their own caseload of residential property matters. The well established team is continuing to grow and the supportive and encouraging team nature offers a highly recommended work environment that conveyancers strive for! If you are looking for a friendly work environment, whereby you can be in the office 2 days a week and work from home the rest of the week then this could be the opportunity you have been waiting for! There is also scope for career progression.

THE CANDIDATE:
Along with excellent teamwork skills and the ability to work to deadlines, suitable Residential Conveyancers / Fee Earners will ideally have proven technical expertise in running their own caseload of residential property matters from initial instruction through to completion. This role also offers support from assistants and the opportunity to progress your career.
