JOB ROLE: Litigation Locum
LOCATION: Kent
EXPERIENCE: 3+ PQE
HOURLY RATE: £28.00 - £40.00

THE ROLE:
An experienced Litigation Solicitor is sought after to join this long-established firm to manage a varied case load of litigation matters to cover a period of permanent recruitment. A typical day will see the successful Locum Solicitor advising on all aspects of property litigation, landlord and tenant and at least some contract/commercial litigation. Commencing ideally in April you will be able to commence this role at short notice and be able to commit to the whole 3 months assignment, the role will be based in the client’s office in Kent.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from experienced Litigation Solicitors who will have gained a minimum of 3 years’ experience dealing will all types of Litigation matters. The successful candidate will have a broad knowledge of Property Litigation with a keen focus on delivering excellent service to clients. As an experienced Litigation Solicitor, you will have excellent written & verbal communication skills. The ability to manage your time effectively and prioritise your workload where needed will be the key to being successful in this role.
