OVERVIEW:
• This expanding, commercial law firm are offering flexible and home based working opportunities for ambitious Solicitors.
• With a strong pipeline of work from high profile clients, you will be handling a varied caseload of contentious and non-contentious Employment law matters on behalf of employee clients.
• The successful Employment Solicitor will have at least 5 years’ PQE and a proven track record advising commercial clients on complex employment law issues such as disciplinary and grievances, discrimination, restructuring, redundancies, TUPE and the drafting of contracts and policies.
• You will have a proactive and can-do attitude to your work, able to thrive in a team (albeit home based) environment.
