JOB TITLE: Corporate Solicitor

THE ROLE:
This highly rated national law firm is keen to appoint a talented Corporate Solicitor to join its team and be based in their Northampton office to handle a varied caseload of corporate transactions. The team advises clients across the UK and internationally; you can expect to be taking responsibility for M&As, MBOs, joint ventures and capital fundraising, leading deals and being part of larger teams on major transactions.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Corporate Solicitor you will have a minimum of 12 months experience gained in another leading regional or national law firm This position would suit Corporate Solicitors who want exposure to a high level of client contact and handle a challenging caseload of corporate transactions. You will have excellent business development skills coupled with commercial acumen and technical strength.
