RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR / LEGAL EXECUTIVE /CONVEYANCER:
The successful Residential Conveyancer will have a minimum of 1+ years’ experience and will either be a qualified Solicitor or CILEX / ILEX qualified. You will have experience ranging across all residential matters and will be confident in your ability to work on a demanding caseload with minimal supervision. You will be a team player, being able to work on complex cases alongside colleagues and will also be able to work independently on your own caseload. You will also be organised, time efficient and planned in order to manage a demanding caseload under time constraints. Ideally you will have some new build experience, however the lack of this is not a deal breaker. Within this role you will be joining an established team to undertake a diverse range of cases surrounding residential property. Outstanding firm, outstanding role.
