THE ROLE:
The successful Regulatory Paralegal/Standards Manager will be working alongside team members to process and investigate a wide range of concerns and complaints. Main duties will include adhering to standards of relevant case management services, complaints processing, providing assistance during legal challenges and judicial reviews, organising panel hearings, complying with subject access requests and providing monthly case reports to the team. You will also be expected to provide support to the team in projects that concern regulations and complaints handling, this role offers exceptional exposure for those building their regulatory career. Commencing ideally in April you will be able to commence this role at short notice and be able to commit to the whole 15 month assignment.

THE CANDIDATE:
This role is well suited to an experienced Paralegal or Legal caseworker with at least three years of relevant experience. This experience should include handling complex complaints in a professional body or a regulated body, you will have the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to manage a large and varied caseload whilst been able to produce accurate documents. You will have a keen eye for detail and the ability to work under minimal supervision, good organisational and communication skills are essential to be successful in this role.
