OVERVIEW:
• The chosen Property Litigation Solicitor will be working with some of the most knowledgeable Litigators in the market and be advising on litigation matters across a range of sectors including agriculture property.
• You will be working within an established team and handling a varied caseload of matters on behalf of a variety of clients
• Dealing with a wide range of contentious matters, you will ideally have proven technical expertise in dealing with property litigation, agricultural property and commercial landlord and tenant disputes.
• Ideal candidates will have a strong desire to business develop and network to build further relationships with clients both existing and new as well as support other members of the team with more complex matters.
• If you have a strong working knowledge of litigation and possess circa 1 years’ experience dealing with property litigation and other types of matters, I would like to hear from you.
• Newly qualified may be considered for this role if you are able to demonstrate a strong technical background in all aspects of property litigation.
• Salary will be dependent on experience.
