JOB TITLE: Interim Family Solicitor
PQE: 3+ years
LOCATION: Hampshire
SALARY: up to c£50,000

THE ROLE:
This well-regarded firm has an exceptional opportunity available for a talented Family Solicitor with upwards of 3 years’ experience managing their own caseload of purely privately matters under minimal supervision. You will be responsible for handling a broad caseload of Family matters and will provide helpful support and well-informed advice efficiently whilst being sympathetic and approachable. The appointed Family Solicitor will deal with a mix case load of matters to include, financial remedy, divorce, children matters, pre-nuptial and cohabitation matters with an emphasis on finances. The role will be based in the clients Hampshire office.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors who will have a self-starting approach to tasks and projects, with the ability to work on your own initiative. Full resolution membership is desirable. The ideal candidate must be resilient, hardworking, and passionate and will have gained at least 3 years’ + experience in this area of law. The successful Family Solicitor must be committed to understanding client’s requirements in order to provide accurate and effective advice.
