New role for a Commercial Property Solicitor which will be based at the firms Birmingham office. You will have at least five years’ experience gained within general commercial property. Partners are looking for an enthusiastic Solicitor with an interest in marketing and a desire to develop an existing caseload and grow the department. This is an outstanding opportunity for the right solicitor to rapidly progress their career and enjoy a challenge within a large and fast paced team. You will be able to demonstrate a strong intellect, evidenced with a high level of technical experience and be someone who shows initiative, drive and excellent client management skills. Ideally, you will have experience working within the development field but this is not essential if you are diligent and commercially-minded. You will be expected to be a genuine team player and a great communicator, who enjoys working alongside others.
