New role for a Residential Property Lawyer which will be based at the firms Birmingham office. You will have at least three years’ experience gained within residential property generally, but experience across a broad range of residential property matters would be advantageous. Partners are looking for an enthusiastic Lawyer with an interest in marketing and a desire to develop an existing caseload and grow the department. OVERVIEW:
After continued success and plans for growth, a desirable role in one of the firm's prominent teams has become available. Experience should include sales, purchases and re-mortgages of freehold and leasehold properties and help to buy. In addition experience of non- residential property would be advantageous but not essential. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and confident property lawyer with excellent client skills and an interest in developing the property department. You will be comfortable to demonstrate your business development expertise alongside excellent communication skills and a successful track record. Strong commercial acumen and commitment to deliver a first class service will be a given. You will be technologically savvy, organised and have a strong work ethic with a conscious effort to deliver to tight deadlines. This is a highly respected team with an genuine opportunity for career progression. Excellent salary, up to £50,000 (DOE) plus bonus scheme, on-site parking, 5 weeks holiday plus bank holidays. Enrolment in pension scheme on completion of 3 months’ probation.
