LOCATION: Suffolk (Can be based in any of their offices)
HOURLY RATE: £30.00 - £40.00

THE ROLE:
This busy family department in Suffolk are keen to appoint an experienced Family Lawyer who can come in and hit the ground running, to cover a period of permanent recruitment. The successful Family Lawyer will be providing advice on domestic violence, divorce, separation, cohabitation agreements and children matters. The appointed candidate will have immediate availability and will be able to cover for around 3-months, your caseload will consist of purely privately funded matters.

THE CANDIDATE:
The role requires a Family Solicitor/ Legal Executive to conduct a varied caseload of family matters including cohabitation disputes, finance, property and care proceedings. Applications are sought from candidates with at least 5 years PQE in handling their own caseload of matters and those are self-sufficient and require minimal supervision.
