THE ROLE:
The thriving commercial property department of this established law firm is looking to recruit a NQ Commercial Property Solicitor to provide support to the commercial property team and deal with a varied caseload of commercial property transactions. The skilled team currently covers the broad remit of commercial property and advise on acquisitions and disposal of commercial properties, landlord and tenant, land options and development matters on behalf of a diverse client base.

THE CANDIDATE:
Ideal Commercial Property Solicitor will have completed at least one seat within commercial property and be looking for a supportive environment where you can see your career flourish. You will as the appointed Commercial Property Solicitor be expected to build relationships with a variety of property specialists including both residential and commercial developers. Acting for all types of clients, you will be able to offer great support as well as a proven track record of dealing with some company and commercial matters.

An established and growing practice who is keen to appoint a well-rounded and experienced Commercial Property Solicitor into their busy team. The firm offers a range of legal services to both individuals and businesses clients across the UK and also internationally.

SALARY & BENEFITS:
